So. I've tried everything.

Download Tree Of Savior Pc

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ Redists.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Graphics Drivers,

I've reininstalled DirectX.

I've put compatability modes on the ToS exe files.

I've deleted my patch folder

I've deleted the release version text from release.version.txt (11753)

I've verified game cache integrity through steam (always says 29 files need to be redownloaded).

I've uninstalled the entire game and reinstalled.

I start TOS, the patcher updates, 'launcher has been updated please restart the game'. Then next time it patches a bit then client_tos.exe opens up as a BACKGROUND process for a second then closes.
